Rice pudding recipe đŸ€©

I was constantly telling you about the activities we do, but today I will add a difference to the blog. I will give you the rice pudding recipe I made.

Materials

1/2 cup of rice (3 tablespoons/40 grams)

2 glasses of hot water (400 ml)

1 liter milk

1 cup of granulated sugar (200 grams)

1 tea glass of water (150 ml)

Add 1 teaspoon of salt

Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder

Take the rice, which we have washed only once, into the pot and start cooking on low heat by adding 2 cups of hot water. Meanwhile, mix gently from time to time. Add 1 teaspoon of salt. Because the rice should not stick. When the rice absorbs the water and becomes mushy, add milk to it. Stir and keep stirring occasionally until the milk boils. After it boils, reduce the heat and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes by stirring in this way. Then add sugar, mix. Wait for it to boil again and boil it like this on low heat for 4-5 more minutes.After mixing, cook until slightly thickened. At this time, it will boil again and you will see that tiny tiny balloons reach the surface, after you see this, take it on low heat and cook for 1-2 more minutes and then remove it from the stove. At this point, the consistency of the rice pudding should be like a liquid boza. And add 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder.Spread the rice pudding mixture into the bowls with a ladle. Mix once before each ladle so that the rice does not collapse to the bottom. Scoop and pour, stirring so that there is an equal amount of rice in each bowl. After it cools down at room temperature, keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably up to 1 evening, and before serving, take it out of the refrigerator and let it sit for 5 minutes, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve. Enjoy your meal!
