Organizational conflict prevention and management📚

10.11.2022

Hello, I'm coming to you with a busy day today :) Kalo told us some topics today. Subject; We covered topics such as resolving conflicts in the team, why we are examining conflicts. He made us watch videos and asked our thoughts. We covered these topics in the form of questions and answers. I was listening to Kalo very carefully. And it went pretty well.

So why do we study conflicts? "Peace and conflict studies explore a broad range of topics, such as conflict theory, this history of nonviolent protest, and human rights. But this course of study also promotes the development of transferable “soft skills,” including critical thinking, self-awareness, and communication."

What causes conflicts?

There are five main causes of conflict: information conflicts, values conflicts, interest conflicts, relationship conflicts, and structural conflicts. Information conflicts arise when people have different or insufficient information, or disagree over what data is relevant.

It was going so fluidly that the presentation was very impressive for me and it was very nice .In the end, Kalo made us do something like a game, like a group work. It's really nice to learn different things :) We would like to thank our trainer Kaloyan, who presented methods of preventing conflicts, conflict resolution models in teamwork, and shared interesting examples and advice.
